Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Sales, cashier, or other money-handling experience desired.
• Knowledge of BSA and other applicable regulations.
• Excellent customer service skills, attentiveness, information retention, tact and diplomacy in dealing with both customers and employees.
• Strong organizational and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides prompt, efficient and accurate service in processing transactions including deposits, loan payments, withdrawals and verification of cash.
• Promote bank products and services and refer customers to other lines of business.
• Maintain knowledge of bank products and services and confidentiality of customer information.
• Adhere to Bank policies, procedures, regulations and security standards.
