Central Bank of the Midwest is seeking a part-time Teller to support daily banking operations in our Missouri location. The role involves handling transactions in the lobby, drive-thru, and ATM, while upholding accuracy and customer service standards.

You will balance cash drawers, assist customers with financial needs, and identify cross-sell opportunities, contributing to the bank's goal of customer-centric financial solutions and community service.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
• Basic math skills and ability to count U.S. currency.
• Computer/typing skills and accuracy important.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities for working with customers and colleagues.
• Look for cross-sell and up-sell opportunities in a customer-centric manner.

Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions accurately and timely via lobby, drive-thru, ATM, and other channels.
• Balance assigned cash drawer and research differences as needed.
• Actively listen to customers and communicate in a friendly, positive manner.
• Recognize customer needs and cross-sell bank products/services accordingly.
• Make referrals to other lines of business for traditional and non-traditional products.
