Responsibilities

• Assist Customers with transaction based requests: deposits, verify cash, ID for cash back, issue receipts.
• Process cash withdrawals and check cashing with proper endorsements and identification.
• Issue cashier’s checks and verify identity, fund availability, and OFAC checks.
• Identify counterfeit currency when encountered.
• Accept loan payments, process cash advances, and redeem U.S. Savings bonds.
• Balance and maintain cash drawer; manage currency from vault within limits.
• Process safe deposit box payments and routine account inquiries.
• Assist with transfers, stop payments, online banking, and mobile banking questions.
• Cross-sell opportunities and adhere to security, privacy, and fraud prevention policies.
