Job summary

The Teller will perform daily teller transactions in both the lobby and drive-up locations at the Grant City, MO branch, delivering outstanding client service and developing client relationships by recognizing referral opportunities for the bank’s products and services. This part-time position requires accuracy, confidentiality, and strong math skills; prior cash handling experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, loan payments, cash checks, and other teller transactions.
• Answer client questions in person and by phone.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and refer to appropriate banker.
• Record activities and referrals using bank systems.
• Maintain cash drawer accuracy and adhere to security procedures.
• Provide excellent client service and protect confidential information.
• Attend training sessions and contribute to team performance.
