Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Attend and process daily banking transactions (deposits, withdrawals, check cashing).
• Identify customer needs and refer to appropriate bank products.
• Balance cash drawer at end of day and maintain cash controls.
• Adhere to BSA/AML/OFAC and internal procedures.
• Educate customers on digital banking channels and services.
