Qualifications

• Six months of customer service and/or cash handling experience, preferably in a financial institution.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude.
• Build relationships through conversation, active listening, and personalized service.
• Process cash, check, and other routine transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain cash controls, balance work accurately, and follow operational procedures.
• Identify member needs and recommend helpful products and services.
• Support branch referral goals through natural, solution-focused conversations.
• Make follow-up calls to strengthen member relationships and provide support.
• Follow all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Work collaboratively with team members to support branch operations.
