Job summary

Westfield Bank is seeking a part-time Teller for our Retail Banking team in Bloomfield, CT. The position supports day-to-day teller transactions, customer inquiries, and product referrals while maintaining cash drawer security and accuracy.

Responsibilities include processing deposits and withdrawals, handling customer questions, and adhering to BSA/AML and regulatory requirements. Strong cash handling and customer service experience are preferred for this on-site role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months of cash handling and customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to established Westfield Bank customer service standards.
• Independent performance of all teller transactions and related services.
• Maintains security of cash drawer and balances it at end of day.
• Meets assigned referral goals through referrals of bank products and services.
• Assists customers with Safe Deposit and other services.
• Completes BSA, AML, and other regulatory education as assigned.
• Follows all bank and regulatory policies and procedures.
