You will deliver universal service as a cross-trained teller and banker, build relationships, meet sales goals, identify cross-sell opportunities, and guide members to digital services. SSFCU supports growth and a values-driven culture.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year direct banking experience or 2–3 years of cash handling, customer service and sales.
• Customer-centric attitude focused on delivering great experiences to members.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Able to maintain a flexible work schedule during normal business hours; may travel to other branches.
