This full-time role offers growth in a supportive team environment with standard banking hours and rotating Saturdays. Strong attention to detail and professional communication are essential to success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Six months of cash-handling experience.
• Ability to pass a credit and background check.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, and other banking transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Balance and maintain your cash drawer in accordance with bank policies.
• Assist customers with account-related questions and everyday banking needs.
• Identify customer needs and connect them with appropriate bank products and services.
• Print replacement debit cards and assist with related services.
• Resolve customer concerns and provide solutions whenever possible.
• Communicate effectively with customers in person and over the phone.
• Monitor for unusual transactions, potential fraud, scams, or suspicious activity and follow established reporting procedures.
• Support branch operations and assist with additional duties as needed.
