Security Service Federal Credit Union in Colorado is seeking a Teller/Banker to deliver exceptional member service and promote SSFCU products. You will be cross-trained in teller and banker roles, helping members reach financial goals while upholding SSFCU values.

The position emphasizes building relationships, daily sales, and educating members on digital services. A path for growth exists as members advance toward branch management roles within the credit union.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year of direct banking experience or two to three years of relevant experience with cash handling, customer service and sales.
• Proficiency in computer software including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Willing to travel to other branch locations for work and/or training.

Responsabilités

• Deliver excellent member service and be the first impression of SSFCU.
• Promote checking/savings accounts, loans, credit cards, and insurance to meet members' needs.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and educate members on digital services.
• Meet sales goals and contribute to the credit union's growth.
• Support universal teller/banker functions and participate in training and development.
