CoVantage Credit Union in Antigo, Wisconsin is hiring a part-time Teller to join our team. This 20-hour-per-week role focuses on friendly, professional member service and accurate transaction handling.

Starting pay ranges from $15.00 to $22.13 per hour, depending on related experience and qualifications. The schedule includes Saturday mornings as part of a varied workweek.

Qualifications

• Have strong communication skills and the ability to work in direct, professional contact with a wide variety of people on a daily basis.
• Are punctual and maintain a neat, professional appearance.
• Have intermediate mathematical skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Windows software programs.
• Bilingual fluency preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet members as they enter the branch and provide members with professional, high-quality service including handling each transaction in a friendly and courteous manner to its entirely, or if needed, direct the member to the appropriate person for assistance
• Ensure all transactions are processed completely and accurately
• Accurately balance cash drawer on a daily basis
• Accurately and consistently comply with credit union standards, policies, and applicable state and federal regulations
• Promote services to strengthen each member's relationship with the credit union and seek ways to provide greater financial value
