CoVantage Credit Union in Crandon, Wisconsin is seeking a full-time Teller to join our team. The pay range is $15.25–$22.13 per hour, and starting pay is based on related experience.

Qualifications

• Have intermediate mathematical skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Windows software programs.
• Bilingual fluency preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and provide high-quality service including handling each transaction accurately.
• Ensure all transactions are processed completely and accurately.
• Balance cash drawer daily.
• Comply with credit union standards, policies, and applicable state and federal regulations.
• Promote services to strengthen each member's relationship with the credit union.

Job Duties:

• Greet members as they enter the branch and provide members with professional, high-quality service including handling each transaction in a friendly and courteous manner to its entirely, or if needed, direct the member to the appropriate person for assistance
• Ensure all transactions are processed completely and accurately
• Accuratelybalance cash drawer on a daily basis
• Accurately and consistently comply with credit union standards, policies, and applicable state and federal regulations
• Promote services to strengthen each member's relationship with the credit union and seek ways to provide greater financial value

Qualifications:

• Have obtained a high school diploma
• Have strong communication skills and the ability to work in direct, professional contact with a wide variety of people on a daily basis
