Job summary

Boys & Girls Club of Truckee Meadows in Winnemucca, NV, seeks a part-time Teen Development Professional to work 3pm–6:30pm, Monday–Friday, with teens in arts, sports, field trips and more.

You will help youth build skills, confidence and friendships in a safe, engaging environment, serving as a positive role model while pursuing education/childcare interests. Benefits include PTO, tuition reimbursement, and wellness programs.

Qualifications

• You are a fun, energetic, and excited individual.
• Pursue a career in education/childcare (HDFS, CDA, Education, Counseling, etc.).
• Passion for building a better community.
• Experience with teaching, nurturing, or mentoring children.
• Ability to communicate with children, staff, and parents.
• Minimum of 21 years or older.

Responsibilities
