Qualifications

• Must pass Drug Test (Nevada)
• Must Pass Background Check
• Must provide references
• Must work all five days, Monday through Friday
• Meet annual professional development requirements, per Nevada State Licensing
• Willing to work with ages 6 weeks to 5 years
• Caring individual who gets to know children by name
• Dedicated to local community
• Helping the team is a priority
• Great speaking and customer service skills to communicate with parents
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds
• Extended periods of time sitting on the floor

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe and loving environment following Conscious Discipline guidelines
• Plan and execute enriching learning activities
• Supervise infants on the floor with age-appropriate toys
• Play with toddlers and preschoolers
• Lead toddler and preschooler activities
• Check children in and out
• Feed, change diapers as needed and soothe infants
• Maintain clean play, sleep and changing areas
• Clean toys at end of day
