Responsibilities

The responsibilities for the position include:

  • Drive targeted technical upskilling to support client digital transformation
  • Create virtual instructor-led training materials, including facilitator and participant guides, slide decks, instructional guides, and job aids
  • Develop instructional videos with scripts, storyboards, and video captures
  • Create online interactive training using Articulate 360 (Rise & Storyline) and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Visualize workflows through graphics
  • Facilitate virtual instructor-led sessions, leveraging training and mentoring from the Project Lead
  • Become a subject matter expert (SME) in clients’ products to deliver training and transfer knowledge
  • Document FAQs during training to support client adoption
  • Participate in systems requirements gathering sessions with clients to track changes impacting training
  • Revise technical/system documentation for updates based on customer and internal feedback
  • Assist in developing curricula for new courses
  • Coordinate and schedule live and virtual training sessions
  • Collaborate with the AIR Project Manager to ensure timely completion of training projects

Qualifications

Education, Knowledge, and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Systems Design, Instructional Technology, or related field
  • Experience applying instructional design methods, adult learning principles, and modern engagement strategies
  • At least 3 years of experience as a software trainer
  • At least 2 years of Salesforce CRM or SaaS training experience
  • Experience conducting virtual webinars via MS Teams, Zoom, Webex, etc.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and workflows

Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in writing
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication across diverse backgrounds
  • Ability to produce clear summaries and briefings for broad audiences
  • Skill in translating technical concepts into simple, engaging content
  • Strong technical aptitude and eagerness to learn new technologies
  • Professional interface with stakeholders, partners, and clients
  • Ability to build trust, follow through, and collaborate remotely with various teams
