Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in higher education or related administrative environment preferred.
• Experience with databases and student information systems.
• Proficiency with Ellucian Colleague preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Assist daily student intake, registration, and records.
• Assist with testing, scheduling, data entry, and records maintenance.
• Maintain class rosters and attendance records.
• Compile data for reports, audits, and program evaluations.
• Support leadership with special projects and reporting deadlines.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
