Job summary

Victra is seeking a part-time Sales Support Representative to join our retail team in a high-traffic store. You will support the sales process, share product knowledge, and create an outstanding guest experience every time.

You will merchandise, maintain store cleanliness, and assist with account reviews and customer interactions during peak periods. Training is provided and opportunities for advancement exist.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of customer service, preferably in retail/service.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, Nov–Dec, or peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support account reviews, accessory recommendations, data transfers, and queue triage during busy periods.
• Lead merchandising, store cleanliness and operational tasks.
• Deliver outstanding customer service at every guest interaction.
• Conduct account reviews to understand guest needs and present product recommendations.
• Be a passionate guest advocate and make tech easy to use.
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through customer service.
• Create personal connections with guests to simplify tech.
• Assist team with guest interactions and follow-through in a fast-paced store.
