Job summary

AT&T is hiring a part-time Retail Sales Consultant in Gonzales, LA. You’ll engage customers with consultative sales, help with online orders and outbound calls, and work a flexible schedule including weekends to meet goals and earn uncapped commissions. Prior retail sales experience is a plus, and training is provided to help you succeed.

The role centers on AT&T products and services, offering opportunities to connect communities while you drive sales in a fast-paced store environment.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, you’ll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
• You’ll be a part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• You’ll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with schedules 2 weeks in advance.
• This is a fast-paced environment; stay adaptable to evolving tech and customer needs.
• Meeting sales targets and earning commission with AT&T products.
