Job summary

AT&T in Overland Park, KS is seeking a Part Time Retail Sales Consultant to connect with customers through consultative selling of AT&T products and services. You’ll help customers explore options, close sales and earn commissions while supporting community events, online orders and outbound outreach.

You’ll work a flexible 9am–9pm schedule including weekends, with seniority-based scheduling announced two weeks in advance.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? AT&T provides tools, training and coaching to help you meet and exceed goals.

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, you’ll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
• You’ll be part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• You’ll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with weekly seniority-based schedules two weeks in advance.
