As a part-time Sales Consultant, you’ll control your career in one of our retail stores, leveraging your passion for technology and customer service to create an outstanding in-store experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in retail or sales.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November–December, and peak vacation periods.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate with customers to find solutions.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Work with peers and store leaders to serve customers and resolve issues.
• Be a passionate guest advocate and have fun connecting with guests.
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations via excellent customer service.
• Create personal connections with guests to simplify tech.
• Maintain a competitive drive in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Assist with merchandising and operational functions.
