Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in retail or sales.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong communication to help customers find solutions.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Assist customers and provide product knowledge to create the best in-store experience.
• Create personal connections and make tech look simple.
• Provide product benefits and recommendations through exceptional service.
• Assist with merchandising and operational tasks.
• Support store leaders and peers with problem resolution.
• Complete NHU training within 30 days of start date.
