Job summary

Victra is Verizon's largest premium retailer in the United States seeking Sales Consultants who deliver world-class service to Every Guest. As a part-time Sales Consultant, you will control your career in a retail environment, leveraging your passion for technology to create the ultimate in-store experience.

You will learn and apply Victra's sales process, provide product recommendations, and contribute to a fun, results-driven culture.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
1+ years of customer service, preferably in retail or sales.
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays.
At least 18 years of age.
Demonstrated ability to communicate with customers to find solutions.
Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
Work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues.
Be a passionate guest advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it!
Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service to deliver what our customers need.
Create personal connections with guests to make tech look simple.
Foster a competitive drive and ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
Assist with merchandising and operational functions.
