Job summary

AT&T is hiring a Part Time Retail Sales Consultant in Pleasant Prairie, WI. You’ll engage customers with a consultative approach, selling AT&T devices and services that fit their needs.

You’ll participate in events, process online orders, and make outbound calls to both existing and potential customers. You’ll work a 9am–9pm schedule, including weekends, with seniority-based schedules announced two weeks in advance.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer-facing sales experience preferred.
• Ability to learn AT&T products and services quickly.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through options.
• Be part of the community through events, filling online orders and outbound calls to customers.
• Work a schedule 9am–9pm, including weekends; monthly seniority-based schedules available 2 weeks in advance.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment; stay current with evolving tech and customer needs.
• Training and coaching provided if no prior sales experience.
