AT&T in Belton, MO is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to join our team on the sales floor. You will guide customers through options with a consultative sales approach, helping them choose products and services that fit their needs.

You’ll participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers. You’ll work a 9am–9pm schedule, including weekends, with 40 hours per week and a seniority-based schedule announced two weeks in advance.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
