Victra is Verizon's largest premium retailer in the United States. We are seeking a Part-Time Sales Consultant to deliver world-class service and connect guests with the right technology.

You'll drive sales by using product knowledge, building personal connections, and creating an in-store experience that keeps customers coming back. In this role you will meet monthly sales goals, work with store leaders, participate in training, and enjoy benefits such as 401K matching and employee discounts

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service, preferably in retail or sales.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and during peak periods.

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues.
• Be a passionate guest advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it!
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service to deliver what our customers need.
• Create personal connections with guests to make tech look simple.
• Foster a competitive drive and ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
