Job summary

Victra is Verizon's largest premium retailer in the United States, seeking a part-time Sales Consultant to deliver world-class service and create the ultimate in-store experience. You will use technology knowledge and customer service skills to connect guests with the right products and solutions.

You will work evenings and weekends, achieve monthly sales goals, and participate in a four-day NHU training program. Paid training, ramp-up pay, and potential for advancement are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues.
• Be a passionate guest advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it.
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service to deliver what customers need.
• Create personal connections with guests to make tech look simple.
• Foster a competitive drive and ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Assist with merchandising and operational functions.
