Job summary

Victra is Verizon's largest premium retailer in the United States and is seeking Part-Time Sales Consultants to deliver world-class service to Every Guest, Every Time. You will connect guests to what matters most, share product knowledge, and be the face of Victra in-store.

You will have the power to achieve monthly sales goals, work with peers and leaders, and provide resolutions, all while earning base pay plus uncapped commissions and benefits such as paid training and advancement

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ year of customer service, preferably in retail or sales.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues.
• Be a passionate guest advocate and connect with guests in a fun, authentic way.
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service to deliver what customers need.
• Create personal connections with guests to make tech look simple.
• Foster a competitive drive and succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Assist with merchandising and operational functions.
