Victra, Verizon's largest premium retailer in the United States, is seeking a Part-Time Sales Consultant to deliver world-class service and connect guests to technology that matters. You will be the face of Victra, helping customers choose products and solutions with enthusiasm.

In this role you will meet monthly sales goals, work with store leaders, and provide resolutions to issues while creating personal connections with guests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years of age
• Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

• Create personal connections with guests to make tech look simple.

• Assist with merchandising and operational functions.
