Job summary

Acosta Group is seeking a Full-time Google Sales Associate in Houston to deliver a highly engaging consumer experience in our Houston Google Store location. You will know the brand’s devices, software, and services and help customers discover solutions that fit their needs.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, educating on features, and leading community workshops. Excellent communication and a friendly, proactive attitude are essential; bilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent plus 2+ years of retail experience.
Display effective communication and presentation skills for one-on-one or group interactions.
Ability to demonstrate effective decision-making and professional judgment.
Friendly and helpful, engaging in casual conversation with the consumer.
Bilingual and multilingual would be considered an asset (English and/or Spanish).
Knowledge of the brands products to be subject matter expert onsite.

Responsibilities

Meet and greet customers at entrance, listen to needs/interests and direct them appropriately.
Educate visitors on features, functionality, and technical aspects of products.
Lead engaging Community education programming and workshops.
Evangelize the brands products and services.
Maintain visual and inventory integrity of store displays.
Contribute to culture and build relationships with consumers and peers.
Drive a memorable and interactive consumer experience by promoting latest devices and other electronics.
