Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel.
• Conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols of interior, exterior, parking, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access control points and verify credentials.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations and notify site contacts or responders.
• Complete detailed activity logs and shift communications.
