Job summary

DAS Central Procurement seeks a part-time temporary employee to design, build, and implement a new Microsoft Teams and SharePoint environment for internal use and statewide agency engagement. The role focuses on creating user-friendly platforms for file storage, collaboration, external agency engagement, and staff training.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in workflow automation, best practices documentation, and the ability to guide teams through implementation.

Qualifications

• Experience building Teams and SharePoint environments from the ground up.
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint architecture, permissions, pages, lists, and document libraries.
• Experience with workflow automation using Power Automate or similar tools.
• Proficiency with Planner, Forms, OneNote, and OneDrive.
• Ability to train and support staff with varying levels of technical comfort.
