Job summary

Chick-fil-A downtown Nashville is launching a new concept restaurant focused on catering, 3rd party deliveries, mobile ordering, and innovative delivery methods.

We are hiring for Front of House Team Members on a part-time basis with starting pay at $9.00 per hour and immediate openings. Join a busy, guest‑centric team and help greet guests, serve promptly, and support opening or closing procedures in a brand-new location.

Qualifications

• Standing for up to 9 hours and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Fast-paced environment with quick, thorough service.

• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests with Chick-fil-A's service standards.
• Follow Core 4 guidelines: Eye contact, smile, speak enthusiastically, stay connected.
• Manage second mile service and ensure accurate, prompt service.
• Assist leadership with opening or closing procedures.
• Maintain clear communication between team members and keep area stocked and presentable.
• Demonstrate knowledge of brand and menu items.
• Adhere to sanitation and safety procedures.

This role is for a new Chick‑fil‑A concept restaurant located in downtown Nashville. This concept is a first of its kind and will be focused around Catering, 3rd Party Deliveries, Mobile Ordering, and Innovative Delivery Methods.

Front of House Team Member

The Duties and Responsibilities (included but not limited to):

• Greeting and Serving guest with our Recipe for Service
• Core 4 (Eye Contact, Smile, Speak Enthusiastically, Stay Connected)
• Second Mile Service
• Ensure guest are served promptly and accurately
• Willingness to learn and be fluid
• Assist leadership in executing opening or closing procedures
• Model and support clear communication between all Team Members
• Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items
• Keep Area stocked and presentable
• Follow sanitation and safety procedures
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
• Follow Chick‑fil‑A’s operational policies and procedures

Required Skills:

• Able to meet the physical demands of the position which includes, but is not limited to standing for up to 9 hours and lifting up to 40lbs.

Shifts can vary depending on the day and normally start at 6:30 AM (Day Staff) or 2:00 (Night Staff).
