Job summary

Chick-fil-A is opening a new concept restaurant in downtown Nashville. The Front of House Team Member will focus on catering, 3rd party deliveries, mobile ordering, and innovative delivery methods. Shifts vary, with day staff starting around 6:30 AM and night staff around 2:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for up to 9 hours and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to work at a quick, efficient and thorough pace.
• Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic.
• Positive attitude and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests with Chick-fil-A’s service standards.
• Maintain Core 4: Eye Contact, Smile, Speak Enthusiastically, Stay Connected.
• Provide Second Mile Service to guests.
• Ensure guests are served promptly and accurately.
• Be willing to learn and adapt.
• Assist leadership with opening or closing procedures.
• Communicate clearly with team members and leadership.
• Know the brand and menu items.
