Job summary

Chick-fil-A is opening a new concept restaurant in downtown Nashville focused on catering, third-party deliveries, mobile ordering, and innovative delivery methods. This role is part-time with open availability and starts at $9.00 per hour.

Hiring immediately, you will join a team delivering fast, friendly service in a brand-new restaurant. Shifts vary by day with day and night staff starting around 6:30 AM or 2:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for up to 9 hours and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to work at a quick, efficient pace.
• Team-oriented, dependable, and strong work ethic.
• Positive attitude and customer service mindset.
• Good communication with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests with Chick-fil-A’s Recipe for Service.
• Maintain brand standards and knowledge of menu items.
• Assist leadership with opening or closing procedures.
• Keep area stocked and presentable; ensure timely service.
• Follow sanitation and safety procedures and maintain attendance.

This role is for a new Chick-fil-A concept restaurant located in downtown Nashville. This concept is a first of its kind and will be focused around Catering, 3rd Party Deliveries, Mobile Ordering, and Innovative Delivery Methods.

Front of House Team Member:

The Duties and Responsibilities (included but not limited to):

• Greeting and Serving guest with our Recipe for Service
• Core 4 (Eye Contact, Smile, Speak Enthusiastically, Stay Connected)
• Second Mile Service
• Ensure guest are served promptly and accurately
• Willingness to learn and be fluid
• Assist leadership in executing opening or closing procedures
• Model and support clear communication between all Team Members
• Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items
• Keep Area stocked and presentable
• Follow sanitation and safety procedures
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
• Follow Chick-fil-A’s operational policies and procedures

Required Skills:

• Able to meet the physical demands of the position which includes, but is not limited to standing for up to 9 hours and lifting up to 40lbs.
