Job summary

  • Respond to student emails and inquiries
  • Adhere to grade submission policies and deadlines

  • Practice innovative educational methodology

Posting Summary

The Professional Science Master’s Program (PSM) invites applications for part time instructors for the Summer 2026 term. We seek qualified instructors who can contribute to the university’s educational mission and bridge the gap between the classroom and the industry.

Successful candidates will instruct/co-instruct on a wide variety of topics. Applicant’s core knowledge should include, but is not limited to, any concentration under agriculture, biotechnology, environmental science, food science, kinesiology and physiology, life sciences (chemistry, biology, physics, etc.), engineering (i.e., biomedical, biochemical, chemical, electrical, computer, pharmaceutical, etc.), pharmacology, computer and information science (i.e., statistics and biostatistics, discovery informatics and data science, applied computing, information technology, networking, etc.), and business (i.e., accounting, finance, leadership, marketing, etc.).

Salary Details

A minimum of $2,777.00 per credit

Offer Information: The final salary offer may be determined by several factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and expertise, and availability of department or grant funds to support the position. We also take into consideration market benchmarks, if and when appropriate, and internal equity to ensure fair compensation relative to the university’s broader compensation structure.
