LearnWell in Willoughby Hills, OH, is seeking a part-time teacher for the school year to work with child and adolescent patients in a behavioral health facility. The role involves delivering daily lessons to small class sizes (8–15 students) in a 15-hour weekly schedule (Mon–Fri, 11:30 am–2:30 pm).

Formación

• B.A./B.S. degree from an accredited institution.
• Active Ohio Teaching License Required, Substitute License will not be considered.
• Comfortable working with K-12 students.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Understanding of subject matter relevant to student needs.
• Reliable Transportation.

Currently, we are seeking a passionate and creative teacher to join our team in Willoughby Hills, OH on a part-time basis for the school year. This unique position will involve working in a fast‑paced behavioral health facility, providing academic support to child and adolescent school‑age patients in a small classroom setting as they receive treatment.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to plan and deliver daily lesson plans, provide individualized assistance to students, and regularly communicate about student progress as needed. Additionally, you will monitor and adjust teaching strategies to ensure student success and maintain accurate attendance and session reports. Most of our class sizes range from 8 to 15 school‑age patients at any one time.

Position entails a 15‑hour a week commitment, Monday‑Friday, 11:30 am‑2:30 pm.

Qualifications
