Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of customer service experience (retail/hospitality preferred).

Responsibilities

• Open and close procedures with cash handling and tipping.
• Stay informed on daily happenings and relay updates to team.
• Accurately report wine samples and inventory.
• Assist with setup, service, and breakdown of events.
• Promote wine club and mailing list sign-ups.
• Operate POS to sell wine, merchandise, and tasting fees.
• Maintain clean, sanitary work environment per guidelines.
• Support training and onboarding for Guest Services team.
