Job summary

Palm Beach Tan is recruiting for a full‑time role in a dynamic salon environment. You will help customers choose from sunbed, spray tan, skin care and wellness options while following Golden Rules of Tanning and company guidelines.

Expect a fast-paced, team‑oriented setting with sales targets and growth opportunities. We offer competitive pay with base plus commission, a welcoming atmosphere, comprehensive training, and scheduling flexibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years old.
• Retail, Customer Service or Sales Experience helpful, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals (measured daily, weekly, and monthly).
• Provide professional, upbeat customer consultations.
• Consult with customers on skin care, wellness options, sunbed and spray tanning options, and educate them on the Golden Rules of Tanning while ensuring all company and legal guidelines are followed
• Maintain a clean and organized salon environment.
• Handle cash transactions and oversee opening/closing duties.
• Complete daily administrative tasks and track goals.
