Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in Retail, Customer Service or Sales is helpful but not required.
• Must be able to stand, bend, and walk for up to 7 hours per day.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals (daily, weekly, monthly).
• Provide professional, upbeat customer consultations.
• Educate customers on tanning, skin care, and wellness options.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon environment.
• Handle cash transactions and opening/closing duties.
• Complete daily administrative tasks and track goals.
