Job summary

Palm Beach Tan is seeking a passionate, hard‑working Beauty Consultant to represent our brand in a vibrant, professional environment. This part‑time role offers base pay plus commissions and bonuses, with flexible scheduling and opportunities for advancement.

You will provide exceptional customer service, educate clients on tanning and retail items, maintain a clean salon, and participate in goal‑driven contests. Training and development are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in retail/customer service environment.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7+hours per day.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meeting sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly.
• Consults with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educate customers on safe tanning practices and retail items.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon.
• Cash handling, opening/closing business.
• Daily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking.
