Palm Beach Tan - Old Trinity Management Company is seeking an outgoing, helpful team member to represent our brand and assist customers with premium skincare, tanning, and wellness services in a vibrant salon. This role offers a base pay with commission, flexible scheduling (15–30 hours/week), and opportunities for advancement, tuition assistance, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred; retail or sales experience helpful but not required.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible scheduling including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, upbeat, positive customer service.
• Consult with and educate customers on premium skincare, tanning, and wellness services.
• Meet, exceed, and track daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming salon environment.
• Complete daily business tasks and operational responsibilities.
