Job summary

Principle HR, LLC is seeking a part-time Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the recruitment function for our client in Irving, TX, on an outsourced RPO engagement. The role requires 24-30 hours per week with a hybrid schedule, 3+ days on-site at the Irving location.

You will work with client hiring leaders to source, engage, and screen candidates for EMTs and Paramedics, and to build pipelines for current and future openings. Occasional evenings or weekends may be needed to support events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a recruitment-related role.
• Familiarity with full-cycle hiring stages (screening, interview, assessment, onboarding).
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with sourcing and candidate engagement.

Responsibilities

• Partner with client leaders to understand staffing needs and build sourcing strategies.
• Identify and engage qualified candidates through diverse channels.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future openings.
• Increase applicant flow via referrals and networks.
• Represent the client's employer brand at events and online.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and recruitment tools.
• Screen candidates and schedule interviews with client hiring managers.
• Support job fairs and events; travel locally for events as needed.
• Provide regular updates on pipeline health and hiring progress.
