Job summary

Global Medical Response in Texas is hiring Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) for a part-time role. You will respond to emergency and non-emergency requests, delivering high-quality care and customer service to patients.

Responsibilities include assessing patients, delivering emergency services with proper equipment, documenting information while maintaining confidentiality, and collaborating with other EMS and safety personnel. Prior experience in healthcare is preferred.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.
State EMT License must be current.
State Driver’s License required.
BLS and NREMT certifications expected.
Driving record compliant with company policy.
Pass Physical Agility Test.
Some healthcare work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

EMTs provide patient assessment, determine needed care and deliver emergency services.
Document patient information, condition and treatment while maintaining confidentiality.
Maintain safe, clean, and well-stocked environment for patients.
Use EMT skills for care including communications, equipment use and procedures.
Operate an ambulance in compliance with safety policies and traffic laws.
Collaborate with allied health and public safety personnel.
