• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and other channels.
• Schedule interviews and complete recruiting-related administrative tasks.
• Create and schedule recruiting-focused social media posts.
• Assist with candidate email and text-message campaigns.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and follow-up activities in Bullhorn.
• Help provide candidates with a timely, professional experience.
