Specialized Assessment & Consulting is seeking a part-time Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Cypress, TX. This role focuses on posting and managing jobs, sourcing candidates across channels, and coordinating interviews while maintaining candidate records for a professional experience.

You'll engage in marketing, recruiting, and talent acquisition tasks, with a hybrid-friendly environment and opportunities to learn new technology.

• Create and schedule recruiting-focused social media posts.
• Assist with candidate email and text-message campaigns.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and follow-up activities in Bullhorn.
• Help provide candidates with a timely, professional experience.

What you’ll do:

• Create, publish, update, and monitor job postings
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and other channels
• Schedule interviews and complete recruiting-related administrative tasks
• Create and schedule recruiting-focused social media posts
• Assist with candidate email and text-message campaigns
• Maintain accurate candidate records and follow-up activities in Bullhorn
• Help provide candidates with a timely, professional experience

• Takes initiative and follows through on assignments
• Can manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Enjoys talking with people and building professional relationships
• Can work independently after receiving training and direction
• Has related experience in recruiting, sales, business development, customer service, administration, or education - preferred but not required
• Part-time: approximately 20-25 hours per week
• Compensation: $20-$25 per hour
• Office hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
• In-office position in Cypress, Texas/Towne Lake Area
• Remote work is not available/ hybrid option for the right candidate
