Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• Previous experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, human resources, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience with full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding.
• Experience coordinating background checks and pre-employment activities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage priorities and deadlines independently with limited supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive information.
• Strong follow‑through and ability to take ownership of assigned tasks.
• Comfortable working in a small‑company environment where priorities and responsibilities may change based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting activities for assigned positions.
• Coordinate onboarding activities from offer to start date.
• Coordinate background checks and other pre-employment requirements.
• Support HRIS onboarding and employee record administration.
• Respond to routine employee HR questions and assist with HR documentation.
• Assist with temporary HR projects and general office tasks as needed.
• Escalate complex employee relations, compliance, leave, accommodation, or legal matters as required.
