JOB DESCRIPTION

Execute craftsmanship strategy in partnership with Master Tailor or Manager of Tailor Shop.

· Responsible for basic alteration services (i.e., hemming, patching and repair, tapering, etc.).

· Collaborate with the Master and Manager of Tailor Shop on additional projects as needed.

· Demonstrate strong customer service skills to enhance our clients' experience.

· Articulate and carry out all services offered by the Tailor Shop.

· Educate and train store teams on customer offerings and services – act as a Brand Ambassador.
