The pay range for this job is $16.5 - $22.97 per hour; actual pay is dependent on experience and geographic location.

Position Overview

The Ralph Lauren Alterations Associate ensures that all tailoring and fitting aspects meet Company standards, maintaining a high level of service.

• Responsible for accurate garment markings to ensure proper alterations.
• Perform alterations based on client needs while adhering to quality standards.
• Collaborate with Sales Associates to provide exceptional fitting services.
• Handle special customer requests.
• Maintain productivity following the PRL system.
• Understand various alteration techniques suited to customer needs.
• Ensure markings are clear and concise for other tailors to execute.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

• Minimum of 3-5 years of related alterations and fitting experience, preferably in a high-end retail environment.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Attention to detail, precision, and organization.
• Strong collaboration skills and excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
