Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Part Time Tablet Patrol Security Officer in Raleigh, NC to serve and safeguard clients across industries. This role offers flexible daytime hours with a schedule that you can build using our Claim a Shift platform.

You will perform unarmed patrols, maintain a visible presence to deter incidents, provide customer service, document activities on a tablet, and work within a team that values integrity and reliability.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background investigation conducted as per federal, state and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors and staff at a government services location by following site policies and emergency procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations calmly and according to established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, grounds, and parking areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity or maintenance concerns to appropriate staff.
• Complete daily activity and incident reports accurately and promptly.
