Qualifications

• Ability to plan lessons, track progress, and communicate with parents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming and nurturing environment for all students.
• Instruct classes using the YMCA swim lesson program and ensure safety at all times.
• Maintain class rosters, record daily attendance, and track progress with skill assessments.
• Communicate participant placement and progress to Aquatics Director and/or parents.
